Special Olympics New Jersey
JACE participates in the The Special Olympics New Jersey who\'s efforts provides a year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
Mentoring & Leadership
JACE believes that through mentoring and supporting the youth in the community is rewarding and builds leaders for the future. With professional and community leaders educating our youth in accountability and responsibility encourages them to believe, achieve and receive the rewards of hard work and discipline.
J.A.C.E. Swimming
Periodically JACE sponsors a swimming programs that guides children toward healthy lifestyles through the exercise of swimming and water sports. Professional lifeguards and trainers are on duty for safety and the children as well as the adults have a ball.
J.A.C.E. Annual Apple Picking
Each fall of the year JACE visit the Merlick Orchard for apple picking, lunch hayrides and a day filled with great friends and fun.
J.A.C.E. Fundraiser Breakfast
JACE joining with Applebee's Flatjack Fundraiser is one of the fundraiser efforts sponsored by JACE. Friends, family, co-workers, neighbors are asked to reserve a spot for breakfast at Applebee's where part of the proceeds are awarded to JACE for their efforts. JACE also sponsors it's own BREAKFAST Fundraisers at local community venues. Rather it's APPLEBEE'S FLATJACKS OR JACE'S HERO AND PRINCESS BREAKFAST you eat to give to a great cause.
J.A.C.E BOWLS FOR A CAUSE
JACE ANNUAL BOWLING is a fun and inclusive event held at Jersey Lanes in Linden, New Jersey. Participants are required to register for the event. Join our Fundraising Bowling Party for the parents and adults. See our Facebook Page for more images.
J.A.C.E. Annual Gingerbread House Making Event
During the Christmas Holidays JACE holds its annual Gingerbread House Making for children to be as creative making a delightful traditional treat. A visit from Old Saint Nick help to make the holiday a festive and enjoyable time for all.
